David is one of Canada’s most popular comedic voices. He is known for his ease with crowds, his common touch, his hilarious writing and his big heart.
He has performed at nightclubs, fundraisers, resorts, casinos, and special events across Canada and The United States, including Toronto, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and even as far away as Nunavut.
He has written for Mike Bullard, Frank and Funny Greeting Cards, and is a published cartonnist with ECW Press. David has been seen on Global TV’s Club 54 as well as The Comedy Channel and The Comedy Network.

An Evening In Your Town is a hilarious night of comedy that stars the famous and the infamous from your community. Comedian David Cornel interviews the locals, hosts local bands and acts and writes much of his material about your area.
This one of a kind show is full of laughter and good fun while raising money for an important problem in our society. All of the funds from this show go to a local food bank or shelter and to Trillium Harvest in its effort to eliminate hunger across Ontario.
